SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additional transit time may apply. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We offer Free Shipping for Standard Delivery within Malaysia. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

NO OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
Overnight delivery is not available for any orders.

SHIPMENT COVERAGE
We ship to addresses within Malaysia only. Shipments to international locations are not supported at this time.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details once your Order has shipped. Tracking will be available within 24 hours after dispatch.

DUTIES AND TAXES
All prices shown include applicable taxes in Malaysia unless stated otherwise. No additional customs duties apply as we do not ship internationally.

DAMAGES
Savory Sips is not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged Order, please contact the delivery carrier to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged item(s) when filing your claim.
