At Savory Sips, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of computer appliance. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following Exchange and Return Policy:
Return
• You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at savory_sips@outlook.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
• Once received and verified, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
• If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 30 days.
• Contact our Customer Service team for an RA number.
• After receiving the item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
• If the replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations
• You may cancel an order before it has been shipped.
• To cancel, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible with your Order Number.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, but you may return them under the Returns section.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:
• Items that have been used or installed
• Customized or personalized items
• Items purchased as part of a bundle or promotion
Shipping
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective computer appliance, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt.
• We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
